10th Malaysian Congress and Exhibition on Allergy and Immunology
Dear Colleagues
This is to invite you to a very special meeting to celebrate the Tenth Annual Congress of the Malaysian Society of Allergy and Immunology (MSAI). Our society had humble beginnings, and over the cause of one decade, we have grown from strength to strength, making the tenth anniversary all the more special.
The allergy immunoglobulin, IgE, was discovered in the late sixties, and the co-founder, Prof SGO Johansson, launched the Malaysian Society of Allergy and Immunology, in 1998. We are greatly honoured that Prof SGO Johansson has accepted our invitation as a speaker at the 10th Malaysian Congress and Exhibition on Allergy and Immunology, to commemorate MSAIs tenth congress.
Internationally, MSAI has developed a great reputation, as being one of World Allergy Organizations (WAO) most active society with not only our yearly meeting but many smaller meetings that have been hosted around the country every year. This, together with public forums, helps to increase allergy awareness in the country and also to keep our doctors up-to-date with the latest advances in the various fields of allergy.
To commemorate this special event, we have invited Prof Ruby Pawankar, Prof Hugo Van Bever and Prof Paul Potter, who are world leaders in allergy and of course special friends of the society, who helped to establish MSAI, put it on the world map, and keep it interesting.
Mark this date on your calendar for what is going to prove to be a very special and exciting meeting.
See you there.
